Sustainable Conference Guidelines: What to Bring and What to Expect

1. Please note to bring your own laptop. HDMI cables will be available for connection with the projector.
2. For reasons of sustainability, we ask you to bring your own water bottles to help reducing waste. For the same reason we do not offer goodie bags, or printed programs but instead, we offer free social activities - experiences matter more than objects!
3. Registration starts at 09:00 on the 2nd floor of the Neude Library - ****follow signs for Noda restaurant. Please note: After 10:30, registration will be moved to the La Vie meeting center on the 4th floor, opposite the reception.
4. For better orientation, we summarize all important locations below. Click on the locations to open them on Google Maps.
